Mom and Dad Allred—Grandma and Grandpa—invited all the children and their families over for soup, crackers, and treats for a day at their house. We ate lunch, talked, played, reenacted the Nativity Scene, exchanged gifts, played more, ate more, hayride, talked more, and then left for home. We had lots of fun. The children had a blast. Jack surely didn’t want to give up Grandma’s toy elephant or Ginger-the dog! ~Saturday, December 23, 2006
