While Darrin was out of town, we bought a pumpkin carving kits. So, when Darrin got back from his business trip, we were finally able to carve our pumpkins in time for Halloween night. I thought for sure the kids were going to lose their patience. It's surely fun to see their excitement.
October 31st! "We're off to find the witches house. Which house? The Witches house. We're off to find the witches house, but we're not afraid. No, we're not afraid..." In fact, we were off to the neighborhood Halloween party. The excitement didn't last long for Jack. In fact, Darrin had to convince him to go trick or treating (at least to a couple of neighbor's homes), as he really did not want to this year. He felt awful!
