Happy Early Birthday to Darrin

To celebrate Darrin's birthday this year, we had a BBQ at my parent's house the night before (Saturday, July 28th). Sad to say, the dinner was less than worthy for a birthday dinner. The chicken didn't get cooked all the way through and the cheesecake was a flop, literally. This was mommy's first attempt to make a NY cheesecake....she should have gone with her instincts to purchase one from Costco! Happy Early 33rd Birthday, Darrin!
